I guess it was getting better than Millennial bash sessions that originally flooded the market yet the room was still full of all the baggage of bias and unresolved angst. Story after story there wasn’t enough insight, technology, staff and/or senior leadership support to help overcome the challenges introduced by the Millennial generation. They repeatedly asked questions in search of more understanding and new, innovative, familiar and budget friendly solutions. I wondered how would we get to the ever prized workforce of the future when it seemed like the struggles of today would continue indefinitely.
